• E10: Water Intake Error
If the machine isn't taking in enough water or any water at all, check that the tap at the back of the machine is open and the hoses aren't tangled. Also, check that the water supply is working. If that doesn't work then consider cleaning the filter for the inlet hose and ensure that the drain hose is in the correct position with no obstructions around it. If all else fails, you may need to replace the water inlet valve.

• E13: Leak Detected
If there is a leak in your system and the water level is decreasing, ensure that the drain hose is installed properly with no obstructions or damages. Also, ensure that it's positioned at the correct height (it shouldn't be positioned below the water level in the drum.)

• E20: Water Isn't Draining
Ensure the drain hose is positioned correctly. It shouldn't be more than 3.5 inches down into the drain. Also, check the drain pump filter and drain hoses for any blockages or obstructions. If necessary, you may need to replace the drain pump or the main PCB.

• E24 Drain Pump Sensor Fault
There's a fault in the sensing circuit of the drain pump. Ensure that there are no loose wires or damage on the circuit board. If there is, you'll need to replace the main PCB.
